“I have been an occupational therapist at Reach Therapy Center/The Care Group since July 2000 in home health and in the clinic. Through experience working at a variety of settings and agencies, I can honestly say that this is one of the best places to work. Although I have spent time in the clinic, pediatric home health is the place for me. I enjoy the very flexible schedule home health allows, and as a mother of three, it has helped me balance parenting and working full time. My personal mission has always been to strive for excellence as a therapist and Reach/TCG not only supports me, but shares the same goal. They provide opportunities for growth by hosting many valuable CEU courses, in-services from outside sources, group meeting to share experience, and pairing with mentors.
